Saverio Guerra

     Saverio Guerra, an actor born in Brooklyn, New York in 1964, has been acting for over twenty years and has appeared in many film and television productions. He played the role of “Bob” on the long running TV series Becker starring Ted Dansen as well as "Willy the Snitch" on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Other television roles include Las Vegas, NYPD Blue and Monk to name a few. His film roles include director Michael Bay's Bad Boys and The Rock, Spike Lee's Summer of Sam as well as Barry Levinson's Sleepers and the Curtis Hansen directed Lucky You. His resume, love of film, knowledge of the subject matter and overall personal work ethic make him the perfect fit to direct our film. We are looking forward to working with him.

Chris Schneider & Sean Farley

      Sean Farley, author of the Brooklyn Looper novel, has teamed up with long-time childhood friend, Chris Schneider, and written the screenplay for the film. They expect to begin filming with Saverio Guerra as early as June of 2008 in downtown Brooklyn. Farley and Schneider will also be Executive Producers on the project and will be hosting open casting calls in various parts of Brooklyn at the beginning of 2008. Keep an eye on this website for further details on the casting call, updates of actors who have already signed letters of intent, and all filming locations going forward, in both Brooklyn, New York and Los Angeles, California.
